what am i supposed to do with 108 RP?

i don't remember what i bought with RP you get for free, but i know i have 0 refunds left. Is there anything in the store i can buy for a number close to 108 RP?

on an unrelated note, but still relevant to the tips and tricks section: i started playing twitch some time ago in season 3 and i'm considering getting back into playing him. i used to rush infinity edge, phantom dancer, and bloodthirster with vamp scepter and boots being built at some point before i finished PD. i've noticed that people are building bork, ghost blade, and last whisper early on him. is prioritizing attack speed over attack damage better or is the high contaminate damage route a more consistent choice? is there a situation where i should build one way over the other besides armor/health stacking?
