Hello everyone , i want to main 
, i wreck the early game but as far as the game goes , i start losing it and i just become useles...
Anyone can give me some tips ?

Personally I just build massive burst.
Cooldown boots, all three 120 AP items, then the other highest AP items I can find if going well, if tougher I may get spirit visage for extra healing or void staff for Magic pen, the mask item if alot of high healths.
Full build I end up 1050 AP with over 1k bonus health whish is nice.
Avoid tougher targets, you can delete squishies pretty easily. Dont first into teamfights, wait for your chance to hit the back line or people out of place.
its probably your itemization tbh.. vlad is supposed to be massive late game and weak early. he can out sustain most champs.. but he lacks the damage

how do you fail late game with vlad, and he inst that great in higher tier
Hey there Loui I have main Vlad for years now playing him almost every game normal and ranked with a very high win rate. I have a guide on moba fire that is out dated and I will touch up on it soon, as well as I can if I have time for free personally give you lessons and cover all areas. Such as lanning/farming , match ups, builds, team fighting, goals when playing Vlad, how to peel and kite, as well when ahead how to play 2v1+ fights and come out with kill/s and or kill them all and not die. It sounds like you might be having a build issues or runes and masteries or you may have a game transitioning issues which I can address with Vlad but is something you personally might need to improve.
