If you want to play a troll support or a troll jungler, dont Q for teambuilder, it takes forever.

Play blind pick. Chances are, within 0.0002 seconds someones going to call top and mid. Whala, you get your Garen jungle.

This is what happens if captains in teambuilder won't accept "trolls" in teambuilder even so the "trolls" are filling the most demanding role. They just hop to blind pick and whala!!

Waiting 40 minutes for Garen top isnt worth it, why not Q him as a support, build tanky, and have the same fun as top lane Garen?

Oh, dont worry about butthurt adcs who report you if you feed (Chances are, your troll support will be poked to death by Caitlyn, but thats OK, because you will build tanky and do "ok" in teamfights anyways.), support and junglers are the most demanded roles.
