How is he best played at higher ELO's? Right now the best way for me has been ludens echo or lichs bane first item to maximize his q poke. not so sure this will work at higher ELOs.

Any good Teemo's wanna shed some light on this?

item 3020 item 3136 is god tier Q damage and it's CHEAP, always get these first.

after that get morello's and then luden, void, rab, finish liandry's, and get zhonya's last item.

This is probably his best build. But you can also do AD teemo or AS AP if you're jungling.
