pretty nice... I haven't tried that build before though .. maybe I should try it out!
why max E second? it seems more of a utility.
Well, His E has scaling. And its nice to have a lower cooldown on your only escape. Your W doesnt scale (its damage is capped by your level, not the rank of your W) it literally only lowers the recharge timer (of soldiers) and at 40% cdr, its 7 seconds at level 13 (with 1 point in W), vs if you maxed W (5 points), 5 seconds. So...is not having the extra damage and cooldown on E, worth 2 seconds off your soldiers recharge time? ahh...Definitely. ;)
