I always lose this lane. How am i suppose to win? Early game i win but when he reach 6 i lose. Im so pushed back i cant roam. He literately can one combo me with ignite. Why do i care. This the only champ i lane with i usually lose. Others i usually do good but a talon i always lose horribly.

E his w and w him when he tries to cs.
If he starts flask, then you are in a farm lane. Farm and harass safely.
If he did not start flask, and you harrassed him well then you can qewr ignite as soon as he hits 6.
When he gets 
you can no longer trade with him unless you are really far ahead.
Generally;
Rush seekers and avoid trading, keep a pink in your bag. Do what kat does, push lane and roam bot for kills. Talon is a lot more manageable now that you can actually ult him. Katarina is not really a single target assassin without dfg , so until you have that you really should not be looking for 1 v 1 trades. Katarina is built for 5 v 5 not 1 v 1. Katarina excels at cleaning up so if talon is weak kill him, if not do not fight. Same goes for every other champ you lane vs as katarina.
I play 
a good bit, I know how to beat him and when to just walk away. With 
there are two ways for me to fight you. One, I can to my best at early poking and try to get an early kill, and you want to try to avoid this, because talon with an early kill vs. kat is death. The second thing is just focus on farming, 9 times out of 10 I will just farm until I get a pick, back and then kill kat. What you probably will want to do is just poke talon as much as possible, but when he has his ult play safe. It's hard for a not ahead talon to tower dive because of his ult not allowing invisibility under tower, so your best bet is to probably hang back in lane. Also you're going to want to roam a lot, because in lane there is not much you can do until you get ahead of talon. Hope I helped, if you have any other questions let me know.
