Ziggs at Bottom Lane?

So I was wondering about this particular choice for an ADC replacement Ziggs

What do you guys think of this choice? I've never heard it before, and I know it's unorthodox, but I feel like he might be able to replace an ADC Marksman if done and built right. I imagine he'd play a bit like Teemo or Azir.

His kit seems to resemble the average marksman in a lot of ways. He has a poke in Q like most champs, an offensive/escape in W like Caitlyn , slight crowd control with E in the vein of Caitlyn, Jinx or KogMaw. Finally, he has a long-range ultimate that can help secure kills like Ezreal,Ashe or Jinx.

More importantly, his passive does extra damage to towers, so you don't sacrifice pushing power like you do with other mages! I wonder what build choices you'd make differently, if any. I also wonder how he'd play with different supports (or as one himself if need be).

Any thoughts? Reasons why you should or shouldn't? I'd like to hear.

The problem is that his DPS doesn't scale as well. The primary job of an ADC is to provide sustained damage during fights, and Ziggs is not an AP Marksman like Azir or Teemo or Cass, so that just doesn't fit.

The other major difference is he's to squishy compared to others like Azir or Cass.

He lacks on hit DPS. Farming will be a struggle before you have a lot of mana and even then it is dangerous to last hit. He can scale into late game as a nuker but laning will be very rough.
