Tooltip for Bard's Meeps Request

So I've been trying out jungle Bard lately, and I've been wavering between and as his main jungling item to figure out which would have better synergy with his kit. Since Bard's meeps are his main source of damage and scale infinitely, I figured I'd build him as a DoT mage that uses autoattacks for the sake of helping in teamfights and clearing objectives in a not-terrible amount of time.

Looking at the unofficial League of Legends wiki, I saw that his meeps are considered a spell for the purposes of itemization rather than an on-hit effect like I previously thought, which means Runeglaive probably suits him better. Can we note this in his tooltip for his passive abilities? I feel like for jungle Bard it is a big change in how he is best built.

This doesn't seem to affect his support builds, but I do like clarity there anyway.
