I've always loved the adc role that league has, but I've always been a little below my enemies when it came to cs and outplay potential. what are your best tips to get better at adc? like cs, skill shot dodging, and outplays?

ps: my average cs at 10min is ~50-80

There's lots of factors in CS, but generally (emphasize the GENERALLY) you want to aim for around 150 CS at the 20 minute mark, and ahead of your enemy ADC.

In terms of laning, you want to push hard until you kill all the melee minions from the second wave (this is when you will hit level two) You don't want to get cheesed from the enemies hitting two before you. After that, you only want to last hit unless you're trying to lifesteal, and recall at the same time as your support when your lane is pushed.

Know your matchups. Know when you should be aggressive and when to play safe. If they have a level lead, don't fight. It makes a big difference. Keep tabs on their summoners, and whether the support has ignite or exhaust and play accordingly.

Watch for ganks. If your top laner runs TP (they should) be sure there's a deep ward placed. Keep an eye on if they go aggressive, then the enemy mid/jungle could be nearby.

Learn smartcasting, attack move, unlocked camera, etcetera.

CS-wise as ADCarry I personally aim for 60-70 by 10 minutes, and 180 by 20. When i play Lucian i freeze lane by only last hitting while having a TANKY support applying pressure to stop the lane from moving. I personally do this until 5 minutes when you should have 25-35 cs. DO NOT BACK UNTIL 1550 AT THE LEAST. Most ADC's you rush IE, so unless forced out of lane do not back until you can get the BF sword. Skill shot dodging i personally practiced in ARAM focusing ONLY that. My sidestepping is very good now.
