Should you ALWAYS use tough skin/blade armor when jungling??

i found phreak's guide quite good, there is an interesting page that the pros are running that's this sort of weird hybrid page. i tried it out and it seemed to help my first clear health and speed a lot. it uses 21-9-0 with 2 points in tough skin but not in bladed armor.

depends on how good ur clear is. if your clear is extremely fast, blade armor would be a waste because it doesn't have enough time to proc to the point where its worth. If you have trouble clearing, they are pretty essential.

also, if you have good sustain you don't have to worry about those masteries. unless ur ww or yi and just wanna sit until sated.
