I utterly hate having blitz on my team but yet I always get him when I adc and if I harras the support hits me and if I cs the adc hits me but blitz stands there wtf does he do to help I cant stand this guy cause people dont just get grabbed now and if they do then gg and if they dont its like a 2v1

Attack his adc when he hooks you, it's your only chance. Oh wait problems with a blitz on your team??? Thats a new one XD. Sorry I only hate playing against him not with him
When you have a Blitz on your team, expect to play aggressive. Blitz is one of few champions that every single game I have one, we invade the enemy jungle level 1. Because if we can catch somebody early, it's always nice to be ahead or throw somebody off. Blitz puts a lot of pressure on the enemy team, because at any moment he could hook you. If you're more of a passive laner, you should ask your buddy to try different champions like Alistar, Soraka or Janna. Somebody who will still help you, but essentially keep them off of you.
Blitz should land hook, E, then R. If he's good at that you should have no issues.
A blitzcrank should never go for the obvious hook. One of the biggest things Blitz has going for him is his ability to zone. Blitz should aim to always be in a position to hook. But that doesn't mean you hook at the first chance you get. Always think about what will happen after the hook occurs before hooking. If there is no actual reward to landing a hook don't bother. Just focus on zoning.
not an adc, but why not just farm passively and when he lands a hook go ham?

Hey, I'm a diamond 3 ADC main who also plays thresh/blitz. Having played both roles, I have a better insight on the goals that both roles want to accomplish. One of the key aspects of playing bot lane is that you want to be able to adapt to your partner's playstyle. This means that if your support is playing very aggressive, you should play aggressive at the same time that they do unless you have a good reason not to (e.g. theres a huge enemy minion wave, maybe the enemy is ganking). If your support is playing very passive, then you only want to trade when its favorable.
Applying this idea of adapting to your support's playstyle to having a blitzcrank lane, you need to pay attention to what the blitzcrank does. If blitzcrank has hook up and hes playing very aggressive, play more aggressive. When he misses a hook, be more careful about how you're trading by paying attention to how many enemies are in range to deal dmg to you. If you know that enemy sona and miss fortune are both in range to attack you, don't go for the trade. If blitzcrank's hook is on cooldown, you need to respect that and play more safe until it comes back up.
When csing be aware of minions health that block or protect the enemy champions

Tell your friend to "thread the needle" with his grabs. Pretty much pick a minion in the middle of the wave. You should then constantly attack this minion until it dies. Right as it dies your Blitz can sneak a grab straight down the middle of the wave and grab the enemy for a super easy kill. Even if they flash the risk of creep block usually allows you to make up this distance.
Also one thing to note with Blitz and many other melee supports is distance between you and him. Blitz's pressure is minimized when you're not nearby him.
