Need More Help Getting Past Promos, Better Fitting Champions

Third time in a row losing promos getting into Bronze I. Referring to my Match History and LoLKing, any suggestions that can be made to improve my performance?

Also looking at my champions, I think I need more flex picks for ranked play. Currently all I have and do well with on a regular basis are Sion, Sejuani, Leona, and Vi. Anyone NOT MECHANICALLY COMPLEX (no Riven, LeeSin, or Zed) or with a LOW PICK/BAN RATE (no Katarina) that I can use for carrying games with a farm for objective destruction approach? OTHER than Nasus? I usually ban him so that we DON'T have to worry about the ramping time-bomb that he becomes, and I don't like going ham in lane or seeking trades with an uncertain outcome.

For champs, you could try Maokai ,Sona , and Annie for easy to learn champions. Although it really isn't necessary. Instead, you could try to improve on decision making, teamwork, and calling. either that or doing norms could help. As for trades, don't be afraid to trade if you don't know the outcome, that could instead help you find the outcome.

Eh, LoLking isn't going to say anything useful.

As for champions, I DON'T suggest trying to pick someone up for your promos. I DO think it's a good idea to add in more champions to those you can play in ranked.

A player will do far better with a champion that they know and are comfortable with than just playing the "right" champion or one who someone says is OP. Knowing the ins-and-outs and how they perform is the most important thing, more important than compositions or counter-picks, or whatever.

For a champion to add, I notice that you don't have any ranged champions there, so you should practice one so that you are able to add them to the list of champions you "do well with on a regular basis ".
