I'm not terrible at it or anything but I have hit a wall that I cannot figure out how to get around. With the great purge of all thing grievous wounds I'm feeling rather useless in fights against big healers (Swain, WW, Aatrox). Besides grab ignite and enjoy my one chance at a counter play every two minutes what else can I do?
Dunno, I think Meddler/Morello recently commented that they weren't really a fan of drain tanks (esp of the auto attack variety) unless they had more ways of interacting with them (they used Fiddlesticks as an example, if his W had more ways of canceling it, perhaps if it were more powerful to compensate as well). I feel like you need your team to peel for you and hope that whatever lifesteal you have beats theirs

You just do your job as ADC. Provide consistent damage from a safe distance.
You cannot do everything from a single role, especially as ADC (since your build revolves the same items:
