I really don't know where to put this, But hopefully you can help.

I got placed bronze 2 again this season (I really never touched ranked) And I keep getting silvers in my game. If I'm bronze 2 why am I not fighting other bronze 2's?

it's all mmr. there is so much you can read based off of this, but basically, you are playing at a higher level than bronze two or they are playing at a lower level than silver. that's why the match up.
