What jungler should I buy?
I got enough IP for 
currently, but I'm having trouble between purchasing her or saving up for either

. What are your thoughts on each one? What do they bring to the table?

I like Shyv jungle personally (I'm somewhat biased toward tanks though), though Lee is good, was good, will always be good, you know? He has way better early ganks than Shyv (and, equal champ skill, better ganks in general probably). He might not scale super well but he really doesn't need to. Its really your call; choose the jungler thats most your style (Id like to point out that 
is an amazing champion worth saving for)
If you are starting out in JG you better grab as she can build tank or dps and run Cinderhulk , Warrior, or Devourer ( Devourer is disabled atm though). She has great farming and roaming abilities and does a lot of damage and has a lot of tankiness and good armor, health, and magic resistance scaling.
I highly recommend Xin Zhao. He is an easy to use champion, high burst damage, great gap close and you can build him tank or dps. Lee Sin sees a lot more professional play because you can do some absolutely insane tricks with him but he has a much higher skill cap. I dont know anything about yorick jungle.
I'd say Yorick. He has a ton of sustain, isn't too hard to use, almost no one knows how to counter him, and if he's fed the enemy team better prepare their asses for reaming.
