Free higher elo players who want to help.
Here is some free advice.
Stop buy runes at this point and time. You seem to be randomly picking them without actual understanding what you are doing.
Learn what your opposing champs can do. this will help you figure out positioning. A lot of fights can have different results by your and the enemies positioning. try to make them move the way you want.
