So the other day i was thinking about what kind of build would work for a brawler quinn top. you would need some health and resistance to get in the middle of the fight so i was thinking something like this build. let me know what you think:
Not too sure, however I can tell you the and doesn't stack tenacity as both are unique passives with the same name
I play Quinn top every now and then I love it :)!
I normally like building 
it lets you explode people.
But 
is pretty alright as well.
I wouldn't get the they are generally terrible items.
