When an enemy does an unexpected amount of damage or the enemy takes practically no damage when you use your full combo and you just sit there like....

When gragas takes half health from your combo but takes out 3/4 of your health with his combo and he's full tank...
Or when someone on your team immediately rushes the enemy nexus straight out of the gate.
