What runes do i run on tanks, or tankier champs as an example

If you're just going top lane, you're fine with a standard AD page. AD Marks (reds), Armor Seals (yellows), MR Glyphs (Blues), AD Quints. If you have the extra IP, get scaling Armor/MR, but you don't need it.

it depends on the champion. Take CDR runes on Nasus (more Qs means more stacks and sustain with your passive), prioritize health on Sion (his shield scales off his max health), prioritize armor/MR on Garen (his W increases bonus armor and magic resist).

Analyze the champion and build accordingly.
