MB1 Keymapping question.

Guide to Easy Kiting (Left Click Attack) * /r/leagueoflegends

Above is reddit link I used to config MB1 to attack move. The problem is that I can no longer place wards with left click ( MB1 ), which i would like to use my wheel scroll for. have been able to config so i can left click in item shop but it wont work for ward placing and im not a fan of using shift key. Wheel scroll speed is now 0. Anyone knop how I can do this? I am aware of high elo players using a similar setup.

There's a lot of wonkyness when you try to rebind MB1, like you can't click the minimap or use any skill not smartcasted. I eventually just gave up and bound attack move to the page back button on the side of my mouse (MB3)

i just realized that I didnt have quickcast on for trinket slot. Although i cant click to place, I turned range indicator on for quickcast spells and im just dropping them now within the rang indicator. Ill have to try your idea once I get a fancier mouse, thanks!

I don't know how to bind the mouse wheel, but I think you can bind the wheel click?

I have attack move bound to Shift+MB1 (default is bound to Shift+MB2). I also have default move bound to Shift+MB2 (so both MB2 and Shift+MB2 work the same). This lets me just hold down shift and spam MB1 and MB2 to attack move and regular move, while still retaining the default MB1 functionality.
