Keep getting Dc'd only in ranked matches. since 4.18 update

Just like the title says. I get massive spike lag, fps drops, and disconnected over and over and over again since the update, but the problem is, that its only happening in my ranked matches. Is anyone else having these problems? How do I fix them? Will riot ever fix their servers? One can only wonder. But this s annoying. I play ranked to rank up, but i cant do that if im dc'd the whole match, or im floating everywhere 4 seconds behind actual play time getting killed.
