Getting friends to play other roles

I play with a few friends that aren't able to ADC or Jungle and are very much against learning. Any ideas on how to have them try and learn other roles? Several reasons I ask:

1. I would also like to play mid once in awhile.

2. If we play draft and they are last pick, our team is doomed if there roll is taken.
