Need Some Ranked Advice

I posted my lolking link btw if you want to comment on any of my builds and rune pages. The bottom line is I want to know if any higher elo players can give me advice on how to carry better in ranked. I do well almost all the time and the same goes for who ever I duo with really but how can I help carry other lanes that aren't doing as well as mine? I try to roam and create as much map presence for myself as possible but I just cant seem to carry some of the people I run into. Maybe i'm just not good enough to be gold idk.
