Need Some Ranked Advice

I posted my lolking link btw if you want to comment on any of my builds and rune pages. The bottom line is I want to know if any higher elo players can give me advice on how to carry better in ranked. I do well almost all the time and the same goes for who ever I duo with really but how can I help carry other lanes that aren't doing as well as mine? I try to roam and create as much map presence for myself as possible but I just cant seem to carry some of the people I run into. Maybe i'm just not good enough to be gold idk. A little advice from a more experienced player would be greatly appreciated thanks for reading even if you dont reply guys. :) Silver Rank ADC & Top main Main Btw!

Farm more, Die less. Gosu did a 24 hour stream back in December where he got to diamond in just 40 games. Throughout the entire process he just farmed til 20 minutes and made sure he didn't die. Then he destroyed the entire enemy team through mechanics and the items he bought. and in silver you don't even need great mechanics to do this. Just farm farm farm and then beat everyone up. I even forget this most of the time. but it's so important.

Don't play Katarina anymore. In general, learn to support and to jungle. I didn't look to see if you do, but you need to know how to play every role for a lot of reasons. Upgrade trinket at level 9.
