Having Trouble Getting Past Bronze 2

Refer to op.gg, LoLKing, or Match History for stats

TL, DR: I make it into promos, but lose once as Lulu and, admittedly my fault/choice, dodge the next game because the Rengar who wanted top was going to support. Then I lose again - hard - as Lissandra. I'm told that my positioning is off as her. I'm also told that I tilt horribly after losing just once - not into toxicity, but as in "I focus too much on rank instead of having fun" tilt. When I was playing MTG, for example, the opinion was that I'm a very sore loser. But I'm also not interested in stopping from playing Ranked, nor do I want to have to learn complex champions, Insec mechanics/positioning, or make climbing to Gold more stressful than it can already get by min/maxing my actions and movements.

Without being a dick. Or telling me that my serious attempts to approach the issue are completely wrong and that I should uninstall. Or any advice that would incline me more to beating the next person who I perceive as being a dick in real life. Anything I should be doing in order to get to where I want to be with what I have? Or, according to my stats, do I need to play tens of hundreds of games with whoever I want to go up in rank with before even thinking of Ranked? Can anyone also explain the feeling of rapid BPM and chest constriction that I feel when losing or doing really poorly? Constructive comments and advice greatly appreciated.

didn't you already receive criticism from people in your game?

Are you able to carry yourself in games and do you win lane at least 60% or higher in your games?

Well my first comment is that, of your past 20 games you've played 14 different champions. The best way to rank up is to focus on mastering a few champions as opposed as trying to be proficient in many. I did notice that you played a lot of Vayne in your most recent game. Personally I think Vayne is one of the harder champions to learn but if you enjoy playing her keep at it. Otherwise if you play her because you think she is strong, I might suggest someone easier/more fun to play.
