Yes, you gain nothing from additional points after the final reward (the Double Spat icon). Once 9.20 drops next week the Beta Pass 2 ends and those rewards will no longer be available (Riot did suggest they wanted to make the arena skins available later though), but I don't know when Beta Pass 3 starts.

TFT Beta Pass V.3 Coming Soon! You can start earning beta pass XP in patch 9.20 in all regions. The pass ends with the start of patch 9.22.

The excess TFT points could apparently have come in handy now, with the v3 pass not working even after 17 hours...

And this is what some people still spend money on. :/

EDIT: And when it finally works, it doesn't track the missions retroactively!?
