Just fought YET ANOTHER Gnar with 100% dodge, even without items

My opponent had only had Yordle 3, and Gnar had no dodge items at all. I could not hit him with a single auto the entire match. The opponent was the only one left, and I had a ton of HP, so I played him 8 times in a row. Every time, I would obliterate his entire team except Gnar, and Gnar would take out the remaining 4-5 champs one by one because I couldn't hit him with anything but spells.

This is the third time I've run into this exact bug. Always Gnar, always 100% dodge with no dodge items.

A similarity I noticed (not sure if it matters) is that I've often had MF ulting Gnar, which causes him to transform. No clue if that matters, but it's been the case all three times I've seen the bug.

Theres this one item thats really good against yordles called firecannon, try it out

I got the same problem, we were 2 in the game, I got vayne with 2 guinsoo and my opponent played shapeshifter. He had gnar thornmail/warmog/ dodge item and swain level 1 WITHOUT item. In 3 games, my vayne buffed ranger didn't hit once gnar and swain. Gnar why not, 20% chance to dodge, on 200 auto-attack, why not.... But swain ?? I don't know if its a bug or a cheat. I finally won because he had 3 hp and overtime ended, but it was frustrating...
