Veigar ult vs. Asol/Shyvana with dragon bonus

if Veigar is higher level than Asol or Shyvana who have the dragon bonus, will they still get vaporized or will the magic immunity prevail? I wasn't sure if his ult bypassed this or not if he was higher level.

Good Question. It should prevail in Theorie, tis just 11000 Magic DMG . And the Developers couldnt overlook that , or could they xD.
