Worst champ hands down in tft is 
Item or not she is too weak. She dies instantly and does no damage overall.
Good attack speed but 0 damage.
Throw damage items on her and she still does no damage :D
Remove fiora from TFT and replace her with someone else please.

Fiora with noble buff will last a stupid amount of time. Yes she doesn't do a whole lot of damage but her AS means that she is insane with on-hit items
Fiora is generally rated as "weak" on the sites that do these ratings, even for a $1 champ.
They can't ALL be strong. Some are there just for synergies. Elise was $2 a month ago. They buffed her, she was still weak, now she's a $1 champ, and not considered to be a strong $1 champ, either.
