Seems like less of of a lootbox issue and more of a poor parenting issue.

Besides, Little Legends aren't even a real loot box because they have predictable returns and an eventual cap on payment.

This amount of money wont save or break them. They make so much more from sponsors, general merch, and the skin/champion trade. Plus it would not surprise me if pro streamers had a portion of their income from stream donations taken.

Last split first reward was a choice of 3 eggs. But yeah, as others have said, it's so you have to gamble for them, though I wouldn't be surprised if they made a Victorious variant as a ranked reward at the end of the season.

It's pretty simple, if rito gave eggs away for free, they won't make money.

But you see, they will make money. People who still want to pay for eggs... Will buy eggs.

I think Rito is behind the times, even in Dota Auto Chess they have a system so you can get more avatars without paying (just as one example).

Given the Dota example, which admittedly is slow and arduous, still gives a way to get them for free.

Maybe they should make another currency? One that you get from specifically TFT... Idk just my opinion.

Because Riot is a small Indie company and clearly needs the money [slayer-jinx-unamused] Seriously tho they are adding paid champion mastery through eternals, they don't care about the game anymore. It's a free game, someone is going to play it. Motto might as well be "Why balance the game when we can make more money"
