Zephyr and Blitzcrank Bug

If Zephyr hits the intended target for Blitzcrank's hook at the start of the round, Blitzcrank simply does not hook.

Another bug, which I do not know why it happens, is, Blitzcrank will sometimes start the round with zero mana.
