Fact 1: I'm the only guy going for Nocturne. Fact 2: I'm in optimal chance range. Fact 3: I'm having the bench full of 3 cost other champs. Fact 4: I'm having over 50 gold. Fact 5: I reset this sum twice in optimal range and with the above still ON.
No Nocturne shows up...

So you had 3 stars Vayne, nice carry for lights. I presume you don't hyper-rol if you don't have at least 4 same type units (lvl 1).
