Frozen heart bug

Also bugged for me, Frozen Heart is not slowing anyone.

Especially on pyke. Worked one game for me, then rarely after that.

Same issue here. I built a Frozen Heart very early (like before I was done with minions) on a Kassadin, and it worked fine for maybe 2 or 3 rounds randomly, but during every other round it didn't slow anyone, and I almost made it to dragon. I even sold the Kassadin and swapped the FH to a Warwick to see if that would help, but no dice.

Fun fact: When it works it slows a 0.65 attack speed volibear down to 0.2 so he attacks once every 5 seconds... nice!

Same, only worked a few matches on pyke for me

this is a bug that will only cause it to work on home boards and not away boards which they still have not fixed.
