Seriously a RNG passive (pirate)?

I just had round after round give me no gold. Can you at the very least set it that it's 1-4 gold rather than 0-4? I went into a passive and got nothing out of it. What is wrong with you guys.

But at least for other passives your more likely to actually see it do it's intended feature. For pirate, I've gotten no gold for round straight. Honestly passives in this game is trash and items dominate. Items also involve pure luck and whelp, I haven't been lucky lately so I'm burnt out. Well I'm out. Least now I know that anything attached to Riot, I'm going to expect imbalanced trash.

Man you're fcking right i had 4 games with no items at early only 1 gold ans more with the passive pirate i had a fcking fish which give 0 gold i spent golds for those champs for the passive to get 0 gold this game it's just "you're nice i give you full items and you i will give you 0 gold in the chest"
