What the others said, extra time isn't needed. I struggle with time, but I've improved with it lately by just processing the information quicker. You're getting very defensive and confrontational whenever somebody suggests that you may need to improve, and it really just comes across as salt. Even regular chess is a game of speed, professionals use timers; if given plenty of time to make a decision anybody could be a chess whiz.
Point is, you need to process information faster and prioritise what's most important, Rome wasn't built in a day and the bigger your army gets the more time you're going to need to dedicate to their management. Bide yourself some time and spread the load across multiple turns, worry about positioning next turn, for now grab that XP, throw that Kayle down and you may just buy yourself the time you need to get your **** in order.
