When you meet Yasuo he will ask you:

• did you build 6 glacials/shadow/mages or crystal or do you have vest and more items on your tank than your carry ?
• no, cause I'm only level 5, sorry boss!
• so, how dare you to face me ? Go watch TV or something meanwhile I'll shrink your summoner's hp.

For those briliant people that say "build vest to combat Yasuo": so we need a lot of items to combat each OP unit and synergy in TFT according to their logic.
