My opponent told us he got 0 items from first 3 rounds. I thought it was a joke till I saw it before the second carusel.

Seriously, nobody wants 2-5 golds instead of one item. RIOT said they balanced this and every player get almost the same number of items from dropping.

Your items aren't going to mean much against that 3☆ Garen and Morde throughout stages 2,3,4 and 5.

Riot said you'd get the same number of boxes, not items. If you don't understand the value of gold then you aren't playing good enough.

I may not want to get 2 gold instead of an item, but the ones that yield 5-8 gold definitely accelerate you ahead. Bad players don't seem to appreciate the power of gold leap-frogging you through different periods of the game.

Read the last sentence of patch 9.18:

"Common boxes contain: gold, champions, or Neeko's Help Uncommon Boxes contain item components, gold, champions, or Neeko's Help Rare boxes contain: Spatulas, full items, gold, champions, or Neeko's Help Every player gets approximately the same number of boxes across a single game. Every player gets approximately the same number of item components across a single game."

What 3☆ Garen are you talking about ? I see only 2 Garen 1 ☆ there at 2-4 stage. Only Morder is 2 ☆. At this stage ?

Do you think that 8-10 gold will bring you 3 ☆ Garen ? Are you joking ? That's why players lose because of hyper rolling.

So Reiterpallasch19, you would be satisfied with 8-10 golds but no dropped items ? Seriously ?

BTW I'm platinum 1 so I know the power of golds interest.
