Olaf healing while missing
An Olaf just outhealed the damage my Jax was doing to him despite the fact that my Jax was dodging his hits. Caused me to lose the game. Feels cool. Explain how you can heal on-hit when your hits aren't landing.

But he's healing... while attacking and missing. The healing should be based on damage done? And no damage is being done? Therefore.. no healing?
