My thoughts on tft after about 50 games

I like the mode but the execution is lacking a bit, and after about 50+ games I've noticed a few things.

1: To many rare champs with to high of a cost. I almost never see dragons, phantoms, elementalist or shapeshifters outside of nid and elise. 70% of every game I've played the teams always seem to be combos of either Knight, noble, Gunslinger, ranger, or void with a smattering of assassins. Knights and void seeming the most common. Which makes the game get stagnate very quickly

2: The rng on item drops are pretty bad, like hearthstone rng bad. I've played many games where I've barely had 2 completed items 4 rounds in. (by rounds I mean 3-4 or 4-4 or 5-5 for example)

Some ideas: Let us pick our starting champ from all available champs like normal games with maybe the exception of the legendary champs. Plus give us a better chance of getting the class / champs that we have. To often I get everything but what I need for to many rounds.

Normalize the cost of the higher cost champs maybe from 4 to 3 with the exception of the legendary champs.

Make items drop more often. It is no fun going up against someone who has 3 completed items on 3 out of 4 champs.

Improve exp gain, remove the ability to buy exp. It sucks to have to spend money on exp over champs you need.

Add rewards for placing top 3. As I said game gets stagnate very quickly in it's current state, give us more of a reason to play by adding rewards (just not blue essence for the love of god. I got more blue essence than I'll ever spend in my life time.... not even joking.

Anyways just my thoughts.

I disagree with you on everything but the rewards for placement. The experience change by far is the most egregious. I get zero items plenty of times. It's a pain. I do love the RNG aspect of the game. It helps keep things up in the air despite experience with the game.
