Lower queue

So like wtf my net craps out I reset modem and jump right back into game and when game is over I have a 10 min @#$%ing que time?

I mean I get it people rage and leave games or whatever but my net cuts out once and I get a 10 min que for 5 games?!?! I've spent entirely to much money on this game to be treated this way. Sometimes the internet poops and requires a modem reset, not sure why I should be punished for something out of my control...
