Autofill, trolls, and unskilled players

Please for the love of god get rid of autofill. I myself don't care as I can fill any role, but more often then not someone gets support who doesn't want it and they troll. I mean why have role selection before you queue just to force someone to play something they don't know how to play? I can't dodge or I get penalized for it and have to wait a increasing amount of time per dodge.... So you Riot are forcing me into playing with people who are trolling and or toxic. Then wonder why people are toxic?? WTF you Riot are the reason people get toxic. Also for the love of god make the surrender vote only take 3 votes instead of 4. Not 5 mins ago I get into a match and our support picks ashe and when they're asked not to go ashe support they begin to tell us all to f off, calling us Fa@$ots and if we don't like it we can blame riot for forcing a role on him he didn't want. I know personally myself and my friends rather sit in queue for 10 mins+ rather than deal with this crap because it is honestly like 50% of the time this happens. You being Riot want to prevent toxicity but by forcing people into a role they don't want you are kind of bringing that out in people. That or you end up with, for example the brand support I had a few games ago who wanted adc but because he was forced to support he said and I am quoting here "Fuck it adc Brand" and his first item was a rapidfire cannon he went like 1 and 9. Solo climbing ranked is hard enough, I got shafted in placements because of trolls getting mad and feeding or running it down mid. I've seen people say that when others complain about this they're exaggerating or whatever but they're really not. They just most likely got carried into a higher bracket and as such get grouped with people in a higher bracket. It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to climb your way from the bottom and you have unskilled players or trolls. I've supported this game for years spending money buying most of the champs only about 30% I unlocked with ip the rest I used real money, tons of skins, stupid chests that give me the same crap over and over...hell I dropped $175 Ca just a few days ago and what's my reward for that? Trolls and people int feeding for 60% of my placement games... I know it is hard to do something about this but until something is done I'll be spending my money on other games.
