just got my first win in ranked tft. usually i get 2nd or 3rd, more 2nd than 3rd though. so i had a gold trist, gangplank, graves, lucian and pyke. a 2 star shen and 1 star kayle. got a good set of items too. also the 3rd and 2nd place people went tanky bruisers and i destroyed them lol
I remember my first #1, too. And it was then that I realized that RNG wasn't holding me back. Tweaked a bit. And went on to win #1 5 or 6 more times over the next 20 games or so. There are times I can see what appears to be RNG pushing me there. And there are times where I can see RNG keeping me from there. And there are times it seems that head-to-head decisions broke the tie. I by no means would thank RNG for your #1. You likely made some really good decisions in your match to help get you there.
