Riot this implementation has to be a no brainer..

Please allow us to hover items over other items to see what they build into without having to place the item on a champion first. Like please it takes way too much time to look at scarra's cheat sheet to know what the item is going to build into. I really thought this one was a no brainer why hasn't it been implemented in tft?
