Please give a rework to hextech and phantom
Both give way too much for having just two units on the board, phantom is a little harder to get but for just two units both of these traits impact the game way too harshly.

We need more phantom units, then we can have a buff for 2 phantom and another buff for 4 phantom.
2 phantom is just too strong because you can randomly throw it into any team composition.
Hextech should require 4 people for any radius, removing the items on one person is usually detrimental to a team comp as is. Either that, or halve the duration.
