Will Draven ever be nerfed?

This is a really good point.

Also I don't agree with "1 star Draven damage isn't fair", he feels extremely weak as a 1 star given his damage scales exponentially with star level (AD gained from star rank times AD ratio of ability that scales with star rank).

2 star Draven deals more than double 1 star Draven's damage.

Jinx with the right team can end up wiping teams in mere seconds just by needing peel. Draven with and an okay build can sometimes solo most teams. If he's 3 stars with and any attack speed items, he's basically a tank with burst damage.
