Whatever value there is for neeko's help right now just double it. No. Triple it...
I've literally gotten 3 in one round after the patch, and on average see 1 ever other game. You've just gotten unlucky.

I have got neeko help 2 times since the patch but with all the 2 star shyv I see per game, I can tell that people get the item.
given the high number of 3stars or early tier 4 2stars i see from other players, i guess atleast some people have high odds for neeko's help... I recently had a game with 2 neekos that i easily won, was about the only game with neeko at all this patch though...
