Easier way to choose little legends

I feel like it would be a simpler system to have a full list of Little Legends in our collection and have a wheel of what we already own when we select them. Similar to how we select roles in draft. Instead of scrolling through the entire menu, I just feel like it would easier to choose through a wheel.
