I think it would be cool to see these guys in TFT even illaoi as well shit add all of them i dont care but still these are the ones I would like to see. just dont add teemo lol he would destroy everyone lol.

Cool idea, Jhin could have his 4th-shot crit passive and Annie could summon tibbers with a stun as a new unit, maybe make tibbers' health low to compensate for the instant AOE CC

Maybe...

They plan on adding a new champ per major patch unit 60 champs. Then at the end of the split (3months or so from now) they will replace the current set of champions with a new set of champions (or introducing new skin lines for different origins/classes).
