@Riot When will pbe SignUps be expected to be back online?

I was hoping to get an answer on whether how long or when is the website expected to get all its bugs or whatever fixed and if the pbe is expected to come online soon. I would really like to sign up, but the page is still down and it's been down for a while now so I'm just curious to whether or not the pbe sign ups will be back online soon.
