Why does Ahri's ability deal true damage?

She's actually secret decent, even though in most comps she's NOT and generally dies before she has an impact, especially with all the Lucian/Gunslinger teams around.

I'm also not going to discuss itemization; there's ONE broken itemization on her; the others do okay but generally lose about 20% more games (If you're a good player I don't need to explain more than that..... that's a pretty damn strong hint)

P.S. Void is 100% True right now...... how do you think I feel when Cho gath has been given Sorcerer and 1 shots an entire team?

She's also not the one to itemize in sorceror comps unless you want to grab 7 sorcerors sell her and throw her items on Karthus otherwise Lulu typically needs the items to keep sorcerors alive.
